as a sacristan, greeter, server, lector, gift bearer, Eucharistic minister, usher, cantor, or any other minister during our liturgies (especially the new 12:30 PM Mass) please obtain a Liturgical Ministry Data Form from either the back of church or call and request one from your parish secretary. Please make note any known dates you will be unable to serve from June 14th through Sept.13th, 2008 for upcoming scheduling purposes. Thank you for serving our community
